Can I use donor sperm to get pregnant before I get divorced?

If you're wanting to have a child but you are still married to somebody and you don't want that child to be the baby's father, I would recommend you get your divorce first and then get pregnant and have a child because a child that's born within 300 days of marriage is considered to be a child of the marriage.
