One of the things I love most about my firm is that we represent individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations. And we have done so since the firm's inception. Prior to the Oberfeld case, which is the Supreme Court case, which made marriage equality the law of the land, we represented an LGBTQ plus individuals in second parent adoptions, in some types of property agreements, cohabitation agreements and custody arrangements. Since Oberfeld and marriage equality is law now, we have represented LGBTQ plus individuals, helping them navigate the Texas family courts through divorces, through premarital agreements, through every type of family law case there is. And it's a service that we are happy to provide.
